If sending flowers to your near and dear ones on special occasions seems the best idea to you, then The FloralMart™ is always at your disposal. With our extensive services like home delivery of flowers in India as well as international flower delivery, we have become a favorite among our special customers.

Our round the calendar and round the clock availability has made it very feasible for our special customers to send flowers, cakes, chocolates and other gift items to any part of the country (including some of the remote areas) and also across the borders. Now, our customers are always eager to find a reason to send their love to their loved ones by the means of gorgeous flower bouquets.

As already mentioned, we offer delivery of flowers in India even in many remote areas with our huge and strong vendor network. We have also crossed the seas and have established a successful network in the countries like the United States of America, the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates.

Here are our delivery policies;
  • If the recipient is not available to recognize the transference in spots, the ordered items are liable to be given to the other individual as impelled by the recipient. 

  • In the deliveries where there is an existence of private transference, if the recipient is not available at his home, the ordered items are liable to be handed-over to the neighbours in the incidences where they recognize the transference.

  • We, at The FloralMart™, do not endorse orders for transferences at railroad stations as well as airplane terminals. 

  • We, at The FloralMart™, understand the hidden emotions of the person ordering the flowers. We understand the importance of surprise that the person ordering the flowers or gift items wants to give to the recipient and hence, in order to maintain the surprise and not ruin the essence of it, we never call the recipient to get direction. But, in cases where the delivery person fails to spot the correct address of the recipient or in the instances of any unwanted emergency situation, we may feel the need to call the recipient. To avoid this spoiler situation, we urge you to offer detailed and accurate information about the delivery address. This ensures a quick, correct, and most importantly, a surprising gift delivery.  

  • If the person placing the order fails to offer the correct information and offers off base data, we are not, in any way, responsible for a wrongful delivery of the order.  

  • In the occurrences of anonymous deliveries and in the cases where the recipient refuses to accept the delivered items, we are not liable to offer any refund. 

  • In the occurrences where the cities or areas, where the delivery has to be made, fall outside the delivery ranges or limits mentioned by us, we are liable to charge for extra transference charges as in these cases, we will organize the transference from the closest area or city where we are obtainable

  • For bakery and other consumable products we have our Our FSSAI registered License No is 12722999000935 (Click Here).

  • For International business (outside of India), we have registered our business in DGFT and our IEC number is AAJCD4116A (Click Here).

     

    DELIVERY SPEED FAQ

    We have three type of delivery speed available with us.

    • FREE DELIVERY- Free Delivery timing will anytime between 10:00AM to 07:00PM in normal conditions*.

    • MORNING DELIVERY- Morning Delivery orders will be delivered between 07:00AM to 11:00AM in normal conditions*.

    • MIDNIGHT DELIVERY- Mid Night Delivery orders will be delivered between 10:00PM to 01:00AM in normal conditions*.

    *Normal conditions means that there is no traffic on the road, and/or the recipient is available at the address to receive the product, and/or there is no restrictions by the local/state/central government, and/or there is no protests on the road or nearby to the recipient address, and/or not having any unintended emergency conditions. 

    Guaranteed Delivery not applicable on New years eve, Ganesh festival , Christmas , Durga Pooja and on any festival days.
    The service guarantee may be withdrawn temporarily in view of difficult operating conditions for delivery. If for any reason we have an excess of orders, these rules will not apply.   Conditions apply.

    Sankhs Groups or The FloralMart® preserves the right to withdraw/hold the service guarantee delivery program without prior information.

Here are our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policies;

Because these are fresh natural / edible or gifting items so No returns are allowed on this website. However, in case if a wrong or a defective product has been sent, do let us know at the earliest.

The FloralMart™ is not responsible and does not guarantee refund for cases where:

  • Flowers, plants, fruits, sweets, gift products and preserved items are delivered to incorrect address provided by the sender or buyer.

  • Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery.

  • Product quality problems caused by improper handling of the product.

  • Please note that we only deliver morning fresh flowers but some rare time due to extreme weather conditions at the time of delivery, the flowers can be little bit rushed or rotten. Since fresh flowers are perishable and natural item so it can not not be considered as defective or damaged unless more than 10% of its one or each flower is damaged. 

A full refund for cancellations is allowed if made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled delivery date.

In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment.

Online refund is credited directly through the mode from which the customer has paid the money within 24 working hours. Once processed by The FloralMart™, refund takes 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your account.

Offline refund is credited once the customer shares the bank details post which it takes 7 to 10 working days support.
